Vegan Blueberry Porridge: Oatmeal porridge is my breakfast of choice, along with green juices and smoothies. There are a thousand different recipes, but with blueberries, they are to die for.
Since we opened the YouTube channel, we had not shared a recipe for oatmeal porridge, our favourite breakfast.

If you do not like blueberries, you can replace them with any other fruit without problems.

My favourite fruits to make this porridges are red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries) and bananas, although the combination of blueberries and mango is to suck fingers.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats (50 g)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of oat milk (375 ml) *
  • 1/2 cup of blueberries (75 g)
  • Two tablespoons whole-grain or coconut sugar
  • Mango
  • Pistachios
  • Toasted flaked almonds

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 1 cup of rolled oats (100 g)
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of oat milk (750 ml) *
  • 1 cup of blueberries (150 g)
  • Four tablespoons whole-grain or coconut sugar
  • Mango
  • Pistachios
  • Toasted flaked almonds

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 1 1/2 cup of rolled oats (150 g)
  • 3 and 1/2 cups of oat milk (1125 ml) *
  • 1 1/2 cup of blueberries (225 g)
  • Six tablespoons whole-grain or coconut sugar
  • Mango
  • Pistachios
  • Toasted flaked almonds

Instructions

  1. We put the oat flakes, milk and blueberries in a saucepan or pot and cook over high heat until it boils, then lower to medium heat and cook until the oats are ready (about 10 minutes), stirring from time to time when. If you want, you can add the blueberries at the end so that they cook less.
  2. Remove from the heat, add the sugar and stir.
  3. We serve in a bowl and decorate it to our liking. We add mango, pistachios and sliced ​​almonds.

Grades

  • * If you use oat flakes with a gluten content less than 20 ppm or 20 mg/kg, it will be a recipe suitable for celiacs, as indicated in the EC 41/2009 regulation. However, people with severe gluten sensitivity can have symptoms below 20 ppm, so they should be aware of their tolerance level.
