Instructions

  1. We preheat the oven to 190ºC or 375ºF.
  2. We open the pumpkin, discard the ends and remove the seeds.
  3. I chopped the pumpkin into several pieces, but it is unnecessary; if you want, you can cut it in half; it will also depend a little on the size and type of pumpkin you use.
  4. We place the pumpkin on a baking tray with baking paper.
  5. Bake for about 45 or 50 minutes or until tender.
  6. We remove it from the oven and let it cool a little.
  7. We remove the skin and add the pumpkin meat to a food processor or blender.
  8. We beat until obtaining consistency of puree or paste.
  9. We keep it in the fridge in an airtight container, better if it is glass.
