Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts
  • Four cloves of garlic
  • Two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup of pecans (30 g)
  • Two tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1/4 cup of pomegranate (40 g)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts
  • Eight cloves of garlic
  • Four tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup of pecans (60 g)
  • Four tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1/2 cup of pomegranate (80 g)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 1 1/2 pound Brussels sprouts
  • 12 cloves of garlic
  • Six tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 3/4 cup of pecans (90 g)
  • Six tablespoons agave syrup
  • 3/4 cup of pomegranate (120 g)

Instructions

  1. We preheat the oven to 200ºC or 390ºF.
  2. We chop the cabbages in half and put them in a baking dish.
  3. Add the finely chopped garlic cloves, the oil, the lemon juice, the salt and the pepper.
  4. We stir and bake for about 15 minutes.
  5. Add the pecans and bake for another 5 or 10 minutes or until the cabbages and walnuts are golden brown.
  6. We remove the source from the oven, add the syrup and the pomegranate, stir, and have our garnish ready to serve.
