Lately, I have been taking oat milk with carob flour, and it is to die for; in addition, it is a very healthy drink that children love, and it is a perfect option to accompany this pasta, although it may sound strange.

Some time ago, I gave the carob a chance because everyone said that it was very healthy and it is true that it has excellent nutritional properties.

Still, the taste did not convince me, and I preferred to take raw cocoa or cocoa without sugar and add a healthy sweetener.

The fact is that I have candida in the intestine, and I am trying to improve, I have only been for a few days, but I already feel better.

He has removed the refined sugars and flours from my diet (I did not consume them often, but I did from time to time, especially when I went out to eat).

He has also told me that I have to eat carob flour, oil every day, coconut and sauerkraut, three foods that I love, in addition to other natural remedies.

For many years, I have mistreated my body, eating few fruits and vegetables, many products of animal origin, flours and refined sugars, and that takes its toll in the long run.

However, it is never too late, and if we do our part, we see results and reach our goals.

I am not perfect, and every day that passes, I learn new things.

It is more apparent to me that I want to feel good and that although I indulge myself from time to time, it is not worth being bad for eating in a certain way just because I have good taste, in addition, exercise and our inner life also play a vital role in our health.

Tips:

  • We use buckwheat pasta, but any will do.
  • To make this paste, you can use any chilli or hot pepper that you can find, although the amount may vary depending on what it is biting.
  • Instead of oregano, you can use any other fresh or dried herb.
  • The hydrated dried tomatoes and tomato concentrate are optional, so you can eliminate them if you want.
  • Who can also use chopped natural tomatoes? If the sauce is too dry, you can add a little water.
