If you are addicted to chocolate like us, you will have to be careful with this mousse because it will cost you a lot to stop.

You are warned, so we are not responsible if you have decided to go on a diet with the arrival of September and it is difficult for you to avoid this great temptation.

Best of all, it only takes five ingredients, and it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare so that it can get you out of more than one trouble, or it can even help you calm the craving for chocolate

We have made a chocolate mousse in a vegan version using oat milk and agave syrup.

Still, you can use another vegetable milk and any other sweetener, because we have also tried this combination and guarantee that it is delicious we do not know which one for us, like more.

The vanilla extract is optional; it gives a vibrant vanilla touch, but it is not essential, so you can delete it if you do not like it or if you do not have it.

We recommend that you try it before putting it in the fridge because you may like it sweeter than we do, and that way, you can add more syrup.

You can also make it with sugar, although we have not tried it.

This chocolate mousse can be eaten freshly made, although we like it better if it has been sitting in the fridge for at least an hour because it is more relaxed, has a more mousse texture, the flavours settle, and it is more affluent.

The ideal is to take it from one day to the next because that is how it is better, but if you are impatient like us, you don't have to wait that long.
