Easy Vegan Burritos Recipe

Tips:

  • Be careful not to fill the tortillas too much, or you will not close the burrito well.
  • You can use any vegetable better if you are raw to make the most of your properties.
  • You can use many sauces: Guacamole, Sour Vegan Cream, Sauce for enchiladas, Mayonnaise Vegan, etc. If you prefer something simpler, you can throw in some extra virgin olive oil.
  • You can also add legumes, rice, quinoa, grilled tofu, tempeh, potato, sweet potato, pumpkin, etc.
  • The black salt gives egg flavour, but you can use any other type of salt (better if it is not refined).

Ingredients Scale. (1x.).

For the vegan scrambled (1x.):

  • 140 g of tofu firm (5 ounces)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Black salt or Kala Namak
  • Ground black pepper

For Vegan Burritos (1x.):

  • Four tortillas.
  • Purple onion chopped.
  • Vegan scrambled
  • Four tablespoons of beer yeast or nutritional yeast
  • Mexican sauce
  • Avocado in dice

Ingredients Scale. (2x.)

For the vegan flew (2x.):

  • 280 g of tofu firm (10 ounces)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • Black salt or Kala Namak
  • Ground black pepper

For Vegan Burritos (2x.):

  • Eight tortillas.
  • Purple onion chopped.
  • Vegan scrambled
  • Eight tablespoons of beer yeast or nutritional yeast
  • Mexican sauce
  • Avocado in dice

Ingredients Scale. (3x.)

For the vegan flew (3x.):

  • 420 g of firm tofu (15 ounces)
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • Black salt or Kala Namak
  • Ground black pepper

For Vegan Burritos (3x.):

  • 12 tortillas
  • Purple onion chopped.
  • Vegan scrambled
  • 12 tablespoons of beer yeast or nutritional yeast
  • Mexican sauce
  • Avocado in dice

Instructions

For the vegan flew:

  1. Together with the tofu and approve it with the help of a fork until it has a texture similar to the scrambled eggs.
  2. It throws extra virgin olive oil and hot tofu, black salt, turmeric, and black pepper in a frying pan. Remove.
  3. Kitchen for about 10 minutes, removing from time to time.
