Spicy Roasted Chickpeas Recipe

Roasted Chickpeas | danceofstoves.com
These roasted chickpeas have been a real discovery for us.

They are straightforward to prepare, you can use your favourite spices, light (perfect for the bikini operation or the Forza operation, as I like to call it), and they are so delicious that you will not be able to stop eating.

I had seen these chickpeas on other blogs, and they had always caught my attention, but I never dared to prepare them.

Some versions cook them before, but we tried to bake them directly, and we are delighted with the result

Almost all the recipes that we have seen for roasted chickpeas add oil so that the spices are easier to spread, but we have used lemon juice because it is very healthy and a less caloric option.

We have liked this recipe so much that we want to try making our spiced nuts at home, using corn, beans and other ingredients; they must be delicious, as well as being 100% homemade and natural.

I think it was because I hardly ever eat that kind of food, so we thought about looking for an alternative, lighter and healthier snack.

By the way, you have to see the movie; it's hilarious, we especially liked it because Waleed is from Seville and I from Pamplona, but indeed you all love it, it's funny!

If you are on a diet, I recommend that you try these spicy chickpeas when you feel like having a snack between meals or if you are going to see a movie at home (or at the cinema if you don't mind taking out the Tupperware) because they keep very well, they are easy to prepare, and you can eat them without regrets

Some diets restrict legumes, and I have never understood why they are very healthy and have hardly any calories.

What makes them fat is the accompaniment, which is generally products with a lot of fat, but it is an ideal option to help you in weight loss if you make a light recipe.

Best wishes to all of you who are on a diet!
