Easy Homemade Tomato Sauce

Homemade tomato sauce
Tomato sauce is an ingredient that we often use, which gives a lot of play in the kitchen.

The problem is that most of those that are packaged contain sugar, refined oils, additives and preservatives, so the idea is to buy one that is made with natural ingredients or prepare it at home.

You can add other vegetables or aromatic herbs.

You can also try cooking the vegetables with a bit of water or soy or tamari sauce instead of oil for a lighter version.
