  • 1 cup of tomato paste (270 g)
  • Four tablespoons maple syrup
  • Two tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • One teaspoon onion powder
  • One teaspoon oregano
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 2 cup tomato paste (540 g)
  • Eight tablespoons maple syrup
  • Four tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Two teaspoon onion powder
  • Two teaspoon oregano
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 3 cup tomato paste (810 g)
  • 12 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Six tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Three teaspoon onion powder
  • Three teaspoon oregano
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the help of a spoon.
  2. Taste and rectify until it is to your liking.
