I have never eaten so many as up to now, and they are incredibly delicious.

They are not fried; they are baked until very crisp

Sometimes I eat them with skin and other times with hair; you can do what you prefer.

You can add a splash of raw oil; it is healthier because it maintains all its properties when it is not cooked; my favourite is extra virgin olive oil.

I have never eaten many fried foods, but since I take care of my health, I avoid them mainly because it is one of the worst cooking methods you can use, not because it increases the calories in food a lot, but because in itself it is not a way healthy cooking, mainly if we use unrefined oils or if we reuse the oils many times.

These fat-free fries are the healthiest fries you can eat. You only need one ingredient to make them: potatoes. They are very crispy.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 2 or 3 medium potatoes (500 g)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 4 or 5 medium potatoes (1000 g)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 6 or 7 medium potatoes (1500 g)


  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC or 390ºF.
  2. Peel the potatoes (optional).
  3. Chop them up, place them on a baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes or until golden brown.
