Hello again! 

Sorry that we have not published in a few days, but between New Year's Eve, my birthday (which was on day 1) and that we have had technical problems with the blog in English, it has been impossible, but to compensate you today we bring you a challenge to start the anus. 

It is our first challenge, and we are very excited!

What is the challenge?

  • From Monday, January 11 to Sunday, January 17 (included), we will have a daily fruit and vegetable smoothie or shake to replace a meal (breakfast, lunch or dinner, you choose!).
  • All the shakes are vegan (without ingredients of animal origin), suitable for celiacs and allergic to nuts and are made with four easy-to-find ingredients + an optional sweetener. Anyway, I will give alternatives if you don't like the fruits and vegetables that I use or are expensive in your area.
  • To do the challenge, you only need a knife, a cutting board, a blender (or blender if you read us from America) and a glass, jar or container in which to drink your shakes, nothing more! You can use any blender, although the idea is to use a mirror. The more powerful it is, the better texture the shake will have.
  • The recipes are entirely new; you will not be able to find them on the blog or in any of our ebooks.
  • At the end of the challenge, you will receive a PDF with the seven shakes so you can save it. If you have bought our ebook 31 smoothies, you will still receive the PDF even if you do not participate.
  • And best of all, the challenge is FREE; you have nothing to lose!

How can you participate?

  • You can sign up from today, January 4, until Sunday 17 at 20:00 Spanish time; you have to enter your name and your email in the form below (if for some reason the form below does not work for you, you can click on this link that will take you to the state).
  • On Friday the 8th, we will send an email with the shopping list, instructions and tips to make it easier for you to do the challenge and the first recipe to organise yourself during the weekend. We will send that email again on Sunday the 10th for those who sign up at the last minute and with the recipe for the second day. We will always send you each recipe two days in advance, so you have time to plan your meals. For those of you who have signed up later, we will send an email every day at 8:00 p.m. Spanish time with the instructions, the shopping list and the recipes that we carry so far, but we will not send it to you individually because we do not give enough with so many emails; we are so sorry! We will make an effort to answer questions about the recipe each day, but we do not guarantee that we will answer questions about registration. Thank you very much for your support and understanding.

What is the challenge for?

  • This challenge is perfect for cleansing your body, detoxifying it after the Christmas excesses, and starting the year on the right foot.
  • Taking a smoothie or shake a day helps you incorporate more fruits and vegetables into your diet in a simple way; in addition, shakes help control cravings for processed and harmful foods for your body.
  • The shakes are ideal for losing weight, although we also recommend that you follow a balanced diet (whole grains, legumes, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds) and that you do some exercise such as walking 30 minutes at least five times a week, it is free and very healthy.
