Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 400 millilitres of coconut milk (or 35% fat cream)
  • Two large, ripe bananas
  • One tablespoon of agave syrup (or 2 of sugar)

  • 800 millilitres of coconut milk (or 35% fat cream)
  • Four large, ripe bananas
  • Two tablespoons of agave syrup (or 4 of sugar)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 1200 millilitres of coconut milk (or 35% fat cream)
  • Six large, ripe bananas
  • Three tablespoons of agave syrup (or 6 of sugar)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, we add the coconut milk (or cream), the bananas and the agave syrup (or the sugar) and beat until obtaining a homogeneous and liquid mixture. We let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours if we are going to do it with a refrigerator; if not, it is unnecessary.
  2. For the option with a refrigerator, it is necessary to put the container in which the ice cream is made in the freezer 24 hours before making it. With the refrigerator mounted and turned on, we add the mixture and follow the instructions of our machine. In our case, in 40 minutes, we had the ice cream ready.
  3. We put the ice cream in the freezer for the option without a refrigerator, where it will be for 7 or 8 hours, depending on the texture you want to achieve. So that no crystals come out, you will have to stir it every hour about 3 or 4 times.
