The recipe is inspired by what we found in yummly, although we have modified it to our liking. 

All the ingredients are 100% healthy, and the recipe is also suitable for vegans and lactose intolerant

Best of all, the ingredients can be found easily, except agave syrup, which is already sold in many supermarkets but not all. 

In any case, you can replace it with another syrup or sugar, although you have to add twice as much agave as the latter.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 200 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 115 grams of butter or peanut butter
  • 75 grams of agave syrup
  • Two tablespoons avocado
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • 400 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 230 grams of butter or peanut butter
  • 150 grams of agave syrup
  • Four tablespoons of avocado
  • One teaspoon baking soda

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 600 grams of whole wheat flour
  • 345 grams of butter or peanut butter
  • 225 grams of agave syrup
  • Six tablespoons avocado
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, we add the flour and the bicarbonate, mix them and reserve.
  2. In another bowl, we mix the butter or peanut butter, the agave and the avocado. Smoothies if possible with an electric mixer, although it can also be done with rods. We do not like lovely things, so you may want to add a little more agave or sugar.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and beat again until they are integrated.
  4. We put baking paper on a baking tray, and we place the cookies. We take pieces of dough of the same size, make balls and crush them into a cookie shape. We got 20 units.
  5. With the preheated oven, we bake the cookies at 180 degrees for 6 to 15 minutes or until the edges begin to brown. We take them out of the range, wait a couple of minutes and put them on a rack to cool.
