Gluten-Free Vegan Brownie

Vegan Brownie | danceofstoves.com
I was looking forward to sharing this vegan brownie recipe with you; it's fantastic!

Not only is it one of the wealthiest brownies I have ever tried, but it is also healthy, light (within what it fits, of course) and has no dairy, eggs or gluten.

Last week, we promised to show you two recipes with red beans, one salty and one sweet.

The salty recipe we chose was these vegetarian burgers that have become a staple in our diet, and today we bring you a sweet with beans.

It may seem weird, but I guarantee that it tastes totally like chocolate and is delicious.

The recipe couldn't be more straightforward; mix all the ingredients, beat them, pour the dough into a bowl and bake.

We shared a recipe for a raw brownie; even faster and easier, you don't need to have an oven to do it, and it is also vegan and gluten-free.

It is the juiciest brownie I have ever tasted.

We have used dates to sweeten, and even if you don't like them (you have to give them a second chance, they are very healthy and delicious), it does not matter because the flavour is not appreciated, only the sweetness.

This brownie does not contain flour, wheat or any other kind; beans and almonds are healthier alternatives.

We have cooked our beans because we prefer homemade food, but you can use canned beans or another variety of beans.

We have ground the almonds with the help of a food processor.

It may be more convenient for you to buy them already ground, although it is less economical.

If you do not have coconut oil or milk on hand, nothing happens; you can replace them with any other oil or milk (better if it is vegetable).

Lately, gluten, especially wheat, I have been tested, and I am not allergic, but I have to have some intolerance because it does not last long in my body, so we will try to make sure that most of our recipes do so are gluten-free

We do not have much experience in this type of cuisine, but little by little, we are learning, and the truth is, Who can do that wonders.

We will be happy to hear your advice and suggestions.

This has been the last post of the winter, so to celebrate the arrival of spring on Friday, we will bring you a delicious spring salad, do not miss it!
