Vegan Chocolate Pudding

Vegan Chocolate Pudding
If you don't have a lot of time and want a healthy dessert, this vegan chocolate pudding is for you.

It is prepared in 5 minutes, and it is so delicious that you will not be able to stop eating.

You only need five ingredients: avocado, unsweetened cocoa powder, banana, non-dairy milk and your favourite sweetener.

You can also add vanilla extract for added flavour, but it's optional.

On top, I have added coconut whipped cream and caramel syrup, but you can add other toppings or not add anything else.

I wouldn't say I like to count calories; I prefer to eat healthy and natural foods that nourish my body and make me healthy.

One hundred calories from this dessert made with nutritious and healthy ingredients are not the same as 100 calories from a candy full of refined sugars, artificial colours, saturated fat and white flour.

If we eat the right foods, we will feel good, we will be healthy, and it will not cost us to maintain a healthy weight.

To make the pudding, I recommend using a liquid sweetener such as date, maple or agave syrup, although you can use any molasses.

If you use a solid sweetener like sugar, panela or stevia, I don't know what consistency your pudding will have.

Still, you can add more avocado or banana if you want it to be creamier or more milk if you want it to be more liquid.

You can make the pudding in a food processor, food processor, blender, or hand mixer.

The more powerful it is, the better texture it will have, but it will be very rich in all of them.

Although the coconut whipped cream is optional, it gives it a very creamy touch and is delicious; it is my favourite cream!

You can also buy vegan cream; it is vibrant, but it is not healthy, and I like coconut cream better.

Instead of caramel syrup, you can add chocolate syrup, strawberry syrup, dried fruit pieces, fruit, chocolate chips or a sweetener such as maple syrup.

With the quantities of the recipe, we made the two glasses that you see in the photos, but as it is a cloying dessert, it may serve four people; it also depends on the amount of cream or other toppings you add to each serving.
