I don't usually drink alcohol, but Baileys is one of my favourite drinks. 

Therefore, today is Saint Patrick (patron saint of Ireland), we have dared to make this recipe for vegan Baileys.

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 225 millilitres of whiskey
  • 150 millilitres of coffee
  • Three teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1200 millilitres of coconut milk
  • 12 tablespoons agave syrup (or any other syrup or molasses)


  1. A blender or food processor adds all the ingredients and beats for about 2 minutes until they are fully integrated.
  2. Store in the refrigerator and shake before consumption.
