Vanilla Smoothie Recipe

Dairy-Free Vanilla Smoothie | Dance of Stoves
A few years ago, I became addicted to vanilla frappuccinos from a well-known chain of American coffee shops.

They were so tasty and relaxed that I could have fed on them in the summer.

The bad thing about this type of drink is that they have a lot of fat and are also not vegan, so I am excited to be able to share with you this delicious vanilla shake (or fake frappuccino), which, although it is not exactly a light drink, it is healthier than the original version.

Suppose you want to save calories for the bikini operation.

In that case, you can take it without the cream and chocolate syrup, or you can also add cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa or other flavoured syrup.

This is the perfect combination for my taste, but you can experiment until you find the one you like the most.

The good thing about this shake is that it is also suitable for lactose intolerant.

It is not a drink that we should abuse, but we can give ourselves a tribute and enjoy this creamy and cool smoothie from time to time.

Since I discovered Mercadona's vegan vanilla ice cream, it has never been missing from my fridge.

The brand does not sponsor me for the record, but it is sooooo rich that I have to recommend it to you.

At home, we have a refrigerator, and we use it, but there are times when you don't feel like it, or you don't have time, and this is a great option, especially if, like me, you try to avoid dairy.

You can also make ice cream with frozen bananas and your favourite fruit; if you want to know how to see our recipe for strawberry ice cream with Vitamix.

The cream we use is vegetable, and for my taste, it is more prosperous than a traditional cream.

As I hardly ever consume dairy products, I am not very happy with their flavour.

Although vegetable cream is not something that we should drink every day because it is not particularly healthy, from time to time, I feel lovely (even if it affects my bikini operation).

The shake only has four ingredients: vanilla ice cream, sugar (we use coconut because it is healthier), almond milk (or whichever you like best) and ice.

You can also add half a vanilla bean for a more intense flavour, but it is optional.

If you have a powerful blender, you can chop the ice yourself, if not, you can buy crushed ice, and I also recommend that you do not add the vanilla bean because it may not integrate well with the rest of the ingredients.

I promise you that you will love this vanilla shake; it is the perfect substitute for a frappuccino and healthier.

It takes 5 minutes to prepare and is very refreshing, especially now that the heat is on.

It's sweet, creamy, and tastes like vanilla ice cream.

You can add your favourite toppings, lie in the sun and enjoy spring or summer; there are only days left to start. I'm looking forward to it!
