Rainbow Guacamole Dip Recipe

Rainbow Guacamole: Making guacamole is very easy, inexpensive, and healthier. It takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and can be used as a dip or in many recipes.

And this time, we tried to make a different version, and it was just as rich, or even more; it is also so colourful that it enters your eyes. 

We accompany it with whole wheat pita bread. 

Still, it is also delicious with nachos or crudités, and you can use it to make burritos, fajitas, sandwiches and many other recipes.

Avoid packaged guacamoles, they are usually full of additives, sugar or oil and some are even not vegan. It is prepared in 5 or 10 minutes, and it is also cheaper to do it at home. 

Do not be afraid to include avocados in your diet; they are very healthy fat, and they will not make you fat if you eat them in moderation within a healthy diet. ?

Advice:

  • You don't have to use the same vegetables as us; you can use whatever you want.
  • We use a dry chilli because it is what we had at home, but you can use chilli or any other type of chilli. I can't tell you the amount because it depends on each chilli or chilli; add it little by little.
  • You can also use lemon instead of lime.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • Two avocados
  • 1/4 cup of yellow bell pepper (40 g)
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Six cherry tomatoes
  • One clove garlic
  • One handful of coriander
  • One chilli or chilli
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • The juice of 1 lime

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • Four avocados
  • 1/2 cup of yellow bell pepper (80 g)
  • One red onion
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Two handfuls of coriander
  • Two chillies or chilli
  • One teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • The juice of 1 lime

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • Six avocados
  • 3/4 cup yellow bell pepper (120 g)
  • 1 1/2 red onion
  • 18 cherry tomatoes
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • Three handfuls of coriander
  • Three chillies or chilli
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • The juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  1. Put the two avocados in a bowl and mash them with the help of a fork.
  2. Chop all the vegetables as finely as possible.
  3. Add them to the bowl along with the salt, pepper, and lime juice.
  4. Stir with a fork and serve.
