  • 1-2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari

  • 2 or 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Eight cloves of garlic
  • Two onion
  • Four turnips
  • Four carrots
  • Two celery stick
  • Four leeks
  • Two potato

Instructions

  1. Pour the oil into a pot, and when it is hot, add the chopped vegetables. Sauté them over medium-high heat until golden brown.
  2. Add the bay leaf and water. Increase the heat to the maximum, and when it comes to a boil, lower it to medium heat. Let cook for 1 or 2 hours.
