I like the most about baking cookies because the kitchen smells that it feeds; the bad thing is that it is difficult to wait for them to cool down, and in the end, I end up burning my hands because I am very impatient.

If you don't have agave syrup, you can substitute it for any other syrup or molasses.

If you can't find the chocolate chips, you can add chocolate chips; although they may melt and the cookies will not be as pretty, but they will be just as good.

You can buy the flour or make it by grinding oat flakes, we prefer to prepare it at home with a food processor, and it looks great.

These oatmeal and chocolate cookies are delicious in any way, but we love to dip them in milk (vegetable, of course).

In less than half an hour, they are ready, and they are ingredients that we usually have at home, so if we crave cookies, we can prepare them in a moment and thus avoid eating foods that are bad for our health, as they are full of sugar, preservatives and additives.
