Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • Two tablespoons of flax seeds + 6 tablespoons of water
  • One cup of oatmeal (120 grams) *
  • 1 1/2 cups of rolled oats (150 grams)
  • One teaspoon cinnamon
  • One banana
  • 1/4 of a cup of agave syrup (100 grams)
  • Three tablespoons chocolate chips

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • Four tablespoons of flax seeds + 12 tablespoons of water
  • 2 cup of oatmeal (240 grams) *
  • 2 1/2 cups of rolled oats (300 grams)
  • Two teaspoon cinnamon
  • Two banana
  • 1/2 of Cup of agave syrup (200 grams)
  • Six tablespoons chocolate chips

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • Six tablespoons of flax seeds + 18 tablespoons of water
  • 3 cup of oatmeal (360 grams) *
  • 3 1/2 cups of rolled oats (450 grams)
  • Three teaspoon cinnamon
  • Three banana
  • 3/4 of Cup of agave syrup (300 grams)
  • Nine tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. We preheat the oven to 180 º C or 355 º F.
  2. We grind the flax seeds with the water in a blender or food processor and reserve.
  3. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, rolled oats, cinnamon, mashed banana (with a fork or in a blender), agave syrup and flax seeds until all the ingredients are well integrated.
  4. We make balls with our hands and squash them until they have the shape of cookies.
  5. We place the chocolate chips and bake the cookies until golden brown (about 15 or 20 minutes).
  6. Remove from the oven, rest for 5 minutes and transfer them to a rack until they finish cooling.

Notes

  • * You can make your oatmeal by grinding rolled oats with the help of a grinder, food processor or mixer.
