Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 140 grams or two frozen bananas (weight without skin)
  • 140 grams of fresh mango (weight without skin)
  • One soy yoghurt
  • 100 milliliters of soy milk

  • 280 grams or two frozen bananas (weight without skin)
  • 280 grams of fresh mango (weight without skin)
  • Two soy yoghurt
  • 200 milliliters of soy milk

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 420 grams or two frozen bananas (weight without skin)
  • 420 grams of fresh mango (weight without skin)
  • Three soy yoghurt
  • 300 milliliters of soy milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the two frozen bananas into pieces, the mango, chopped, the yoghurt and the milk.
  2. We beat one or two minutes, or until the fruit is well crushed and mixed with the dairy.
