We have opted for the sweet version because we have a sweet tooth.

There are also fruit lassis such as mango, banana or papaya, although today we propose a mint lassi.

We have used soy yoghurt because it is what we usually find in the supermarket, but you can use another type of vegetable yoghurt.

You can also substitute lemon for lime, whatever you like the most or whatever you have at home.

To sweeten, you can also use white sugar, agave syrup, or whatever comes to mind.

It is a very healthy and refreshing drink, which Who can also take with ice to make it even more extraordinary.
