Healthy Fruit Popsicles

If you want healthy, light fruit popsicles with very few calories, this is the recipe you were looking for.

They are delicious, you can use your favourite fruits and juices, and it is not necessary to add sugar or another sweetener.

We have made them with three ingredients: fresh orange juice, strawberries and blueberries, but the possibilities are endless, and no combination is not delicious.

It is a great way to eat fruit and refresh ourselves; they are prepared in less than 5 minutes and are very cheap, especially if you buy seasonal fruit.

It is a much healthier alternative than the poles we usually buy because they are generally full of sugars or sweeteners, additives, preservatives and colourings.

This version is 100% natural, and if you don't like orange juice, strawberries or blueberries, don't worry; you can use the ingredients you want the most.

I recommend that you consume natural and non-packaged juices because they have lost all the vitamins and their ingredients are not healthy at all.

You can substitute the juice for fruit beaten with water, although if you use fruits with high water content, such as melon and watermelon, you can blend them without adding any liquid.

Coconut water is also a great option.

To make these refreshing fruit popsicles, you have to place the whole or chopped fruits inside the containers, add the liquid, close the poles and put them in the freezer.

To unmold them more easily, I recommend that you wet the moulds with a little warm water.

We buy the moulds in the Casa store, but we have seen them in Ikea, Tiger and various bazaars.

We do not add enzymes because we love the taste of fruit, but if you find it too acidic, you have two options: use sweeter fruits and juices or add some sweetener, which is natural if possible and avoid white sugar because it is poison.

I love simple, healthy and natural recipes; it seems incredible that it is easy to make fruit popsicles

You can take them at mid-morning or for a snack, they are a very light and healthy snack, although you can also take them to refresh yourself or at any time of the day, they are so delicious that they always feel good.

The mould is very cheap, and at least we are giving it a lot of use; we love popsicles and ice cream in summer!
