It demands that I wouldn't say I like a sweet, I have always been a dessert person, and whenever it was, I permanently save a hole.

Before I was vegan, I used to have dessert at every meal, but now I usually only eat sweets away from home or out of the meal for breakfast or snack because I feel that I digest better that way.

If the dessert is also easy to prepare, even better!

This recipe is speedy; the bad thing is that you have to let it rest, but at least for me, it is not a problem (and I am a little impatient person).

Advice:

  • Chia seeds are essential; I don't think you can substitute them for something else.
  • You can use any other sweetener, but I can't tell you the equivalences. Add it little by little until it is to your liking.
  • To make it very creamy, the ideal is that you use milk with a higher amount of fat, such as soy, almonds or any other dried fruit, although you can use any vegetable milk or even water.
  • Instead of cocoa, you can use carob, maca or any other ingredient you want.
