I confess I am addicted to fruit and vegetable smoothies; I love them, I cannot live without them, they never bore me, and they are my favourite breakfast. 

This blueberry smoothie is ideal for starting the day full of energy and pampering our body with healthy foods.

The best thing about smoothies is that there are endless combinations possible, so it's hard to get tired, and they can be drunk all year round. 

This one has explicitly six ingredients: blueberries, banana, dates, cinnamon, almond milk and water.
