Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 2 cups diced raw pumpkin (230 g)
  • 425 g cooked or canned white beans (15 oz)
  • One tablespoon of tahini
  • One clove garlic
  • One teaspoon ground cumin
  • One teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 4 cups diced raw pumpkin (460 g)
  • 30 oz canned or cooked white beans
  • Two tablespoon tahini
  • Two cloves of garlic
  • Two teaspoon ground cumin
  • Two teaspoons sweet paprika
  • Six tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 6 cups diced raw pumpkin (690 g)
  • 1275 g cooked or canned white beans (45 oz)
  • Three tablespoon tahini
  • Three cloves of garlic
  • Three teaspoon ground cumin
  • Three teaspoons sweet paprika
  • Nine tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • The juice of 2 lemons
  • Sea salt to taste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and beat until you get the desired consistency.
  2. I have decorated it with pine nuts and a little chopped coriander.
