Chia Pudding With Strawberries

Chia pudding with strawberries: This chia pudding with strawberries is the ideal breakfast if you are in a hurry in the morning because you can prepare it the day before. You only need five ingredients.
When I was little, I loved the strawberry petit Suisse. So when I tried this chia pudding with strawberries, that flavour came to my mind, although, of course, this recipe is much healthier and has less fat.

It is a rich breakfast, snack or dessert, one of those that I like so much because it is prepared in a moment, and you only have to let it rest for a few hours or, even better, overnight.

A long time ago, I made several attempts at chia pudding, and they convinced me of neither the texture nor the taste.

In the end, I got the hang of them (I don't know what I would do wrong because it's the dumbest recipe in the world), and I love them. I thought none of them could beat chocolate chia pudding because I'm a choco addict, but I liked this one even more!

It makes me laugh that the strawberries we buy here are from Spain, like many other fruits and vegetables, and everything is delicious.

Oranges, for example, are the best I've ever tasted; impressive juices come out. As far as possible, we try to buy local products, but our second option is Spanish products.

  • Author: Dance of Stoves
  • Preparation: 10 mins
  • Total: 10 minutes
  • Servings: 2 (1x), 4 (2x), 6 (3x)
  • Category: Appetizer, Breakfast, Dessert
  • Cuisine: Vegan

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • Six strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk (125 ml)
  • 1/2 cup of vegetable yoghurt (130 g)
  • Six tablespoons chia seeds
  • Three tablespoons agave syrup

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 12 strawberries
  • 1 cup of non-dairy milk (250 ml)
  • 1 cup of vegetable yoghurt (260 g)
  • 12 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Six tablespoons agave syrup

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 18 strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk (375 ml)
  • 1 1/2 cup of vegetable yoghurt (390 g)
  • 18 tablespoons chia seeds
  • Nine tablespoons agave syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the strawberries and milk to a blender. Bat.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until well integrated and let stand 15 minutes.
  3. After that time, stir again and put the mixture in an airtight container in the fridge for at least 4 hours, although the idea is to leave it overnight.
  4. Divide the mixture into glasses and decorate with your favourite ingredients. We add slices of banana, strawberries, chia seeds and sunflower.

Notes

  • If you don't want to complicate your life, chop the strawberries instead of mixing them with the milk and adding them to the pudding.
  • I have used 1/2 cup of milk (125 ml) and 1/2 of yoghurt (130 g) because yoghurt makes the pudding creamier, but if you want, use 1 cup of non-dairy milk (250 ml). In that case, whisk all the milk with the strawberries directly.
  • You can use any other fruit or sweetener. I can't tell you the equivalences for other sweeteners, but I recommend that you add them little by little until the pudding is to your liking.
