We have used coconut oil because it hardens in the cold and makes the cocoa and hazelnut cream have a harder consistency, but you can use whatever oil you want.

If you use pill chocolate instead of powder, it will also be more solid.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 100 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 50 grams of oil (we use coconut)
  • 30 grams of cocoa powder or 50 grams of 70% chocolate
  • 40 grams of brown sugar
  • 100 millilitres of milk (we use soy)
  • One teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 200 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 100 grams of oil (we use coconut)
  • 60 grams of cocoa powder or 50 grams of 70% chocolate
  • 80 grams of brown sugar
  • 200 millilitres of milk (we use soy)
  • Two teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 300 grams of roasted hazelnuts
  • 150 grams of oil (we use coconut)
  • 90 grams of cocoa powder or 50 grams of 70% chocolate
  • 120 grams of brown sugar
  • 300 millilitres of milk (we use soy)
  • Three teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a blender or food processor, add the toasted hazelnuts and grind them.
  2. We add the oil (ideally, it is liquid, so if you use coconut oil and it is solid, heat it a little so that it melts), the cocoa powder (or chocolate), the sugar, the milk and the vanilla extract. We beat again until all the ingredients are well integrated, and the cream is uniform.
  3. We let it rest in the fridge for at least 2 hours so that the texture is more consistent, although if you can't wait, you can eat it right away.
