Easy Low-Fat Vegan Pate

Low-Fat Vegan Pate - This low-fat vegan pate is my favourite pate to date. It's ready in less than 5 minutes! I love taking it over raw zucchini slices.
We are here again! Sorry for the absence. Next week we are going to Germany, and we have a thousand things to do before we go. 

Do we hope that things will normalise this week or at least that we are not so lost. ?

Pâtés are always very successful, and we love them because they are easy to prepare and are sooooo delicious. 

They are perfect for breakfast, as a snack or for sandwiches.

We have several recipes on the blog, but they are high in fat, but this recipe is perfect, and it is my favourite pate so far.

We do not take soy all the time, but we do not avoid it either; there are times when we may take it once or twice a week and others that may be once in a month.

We try as much as possible because they are foods as natural as possible and that they are not too processed. 

It is also essential to use soy that is not transgenic and, if you can afford it, even better if it is organic.

I like to take this pate with some gluten-free bread like the one you can see in the photo or thin slices of zucchini, it may sound strange, but it is delicious and very healthy, try it, and you will tell me, although it serves any other raw vegetable . ?

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • One carrot
  • 225 g firm tofu (1/2 pound)
  • One teaspoon garlic powder
  • One teaspoon of sweet paprika
  • Four tablespoons nutritional or beer yeast
  • Two tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • Two tablespoons lemon juice
  • Two tablespoons tahini (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • Two carrot
  • 1 pound firm tofu
  • Two teaspoon garlic powder
  • Two teaspoons sweet paprika
  • Eight tablespoons nutritional or beer yeast
  • Four tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • Four tablespoons lemon juice
  • Four tablespoons tahini (optional)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • Three carrot
  • 675 g firm tofu (1 1/2 pound)
  • Three teaspoon garlic powder
  • Three teaspoons sweet paprika
  • 12 tablespoons nutritional or beer yeast
  • Six tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • Six tablespoons lemon juice
  • Six tablespoons tahini (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the carrot, chop it up and put it in a food processor or blender and beat for a few seconds. If the carrot is organic, you do not need to peel it; if not, the idea is that you do it.
  2. Add the tofu and beat again until paste forms.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until all the ingredients are well integrated. If it is too dense, add a little water.
  4. Keep the pate in the fridge.
