The green smoothie is one of my favourite breakfasts. It is what I usually have for breakfast almost every day.

I feel great, it makes me happy (it may sound strange, but yes, it puts me in a good mood instantly), I love its taste (I recommend that you use your favourite fruits, especially at the beginning), it does not make me fat, and it is very healthy.

Why have we used these ingredients to fight cellulite?

  • Water: water, contrary to what many people believe, helps fight fluid retention, which is one of the most common causes of cellulite. In addition, it helps us cleanse the body and eliminate toxins.
  • Spinach: they are a great source of fibre and iron. Fibre is necessary to avoid constipation, and a lack of iron is closely linked to cellulite.
  • Oranges: they are rich in water, vitamin C, fibre and antioxidants; in addition, vitamin C helps to absorb iron better.
  • Pineapple: it is very diuretic, helps fight fluid retention and also provides us with fibre, antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients for our body.
  • Bananas: they have a lot of potassium, which helps us reduce fluid retention since it counteracts sodium.
  • Cinnamon helps to stimulate circulation since poor circulation causes cellulite.

You can use any blender to make your green smoothies, although depending on your power, they will be more liquid or thicker. The solution is easy; add more liquid!

If it is not very powerful, Who may not wholly crush the nuts or dried fruits and do not integrate well with the smoothie, it may be better not to use them.

I recommend that you use the fruits that you like the most and use milk or coconut water instead of water to have more flavour and probably like it more.

I usually don't use any sweetener (except dates) because the ripe fruit is lovely, but if you have a hard time taking it without anything, you can add some healthy to make it sweeter. 

Of course, do not use sugar because it is one of the causes of cellulite. The best options are dried fruits and stevia, although there are other healthier options than sugar, such as coconut sugar or natural syrups such as agave, maple or coconut.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 1 cup of water (250 millilitres)
  • 1 cup of spinach (30 grams)
  • Two oranges
  • Two bananas
  • One slice of pineapple (250 grams)
  • One teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 2 cups of water (500 millilitres)
  • 2 cup of spinach (60 grams)
  • Four oranges
  • Four bananas
  • Two slices of pineapple (500 grams)
  • Two teaspoon ground cinnamon

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 3 cups of water (750 millilitres)
  • 3 cup of spinach (90 grams)
  • Six oranges
  • Six bananas
  • Three slices of pineapple (750 grams)
  • Three teaspoon ground cinnamon


  1. We put all the ingredients in the blender and beat until all have been perfectly integrated. Serve and drink immediately.
  2. If you want your shake to be excellent, you can use ice cubes instead of water.
