The return to the routine is not so hard. We have prepared this refreshing, healthy sangria without alcohol and sugar, a healthier alternative but just as delicious (we like it even more than the original version).

Healthy Sangria Alcohol-Free And Sugar-Free is a typical Spanish drink usually made from wine, chopped fruit and some sweetener. Some add some liquor or spices such as cinnamon. Our version is simple but has a spectacular flavour.

To make the Healthy Sangria Alcohol-Free And Sugar-Free, we have used must instead of wine; it has a rich grape flavour and is much healthier because it does not have alcohol. As we did not find red must, we add a handful of blueberries and beat them with the must. 

Another option is to add blueberry juice if it is natural because the packages are usually full of sugar, preservatives and additives. 

You can also use other red fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, blackberries or leave it with the original colour of the must. If you can't find a must, you can substitute natural grape juice.

It is very easy to prepare this Healthy Sangria Alcohol-Free And Sugar-Free. We put ice, added the fruit and added the mixture of must, orange juice, lime juice and blueberries.

This healthy alcohol-free sangria with no added sugar is a healthier and lighter alternative than the original version. It is made only with must and fruits.

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 4 cups of wort (1 litre)
  • 1/4 of a cup of blueberries (40 grams)
  • 1 cup of orange juice (250 millilitres)
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • Two oranges
  • Two bananas
  • Two limes
  • Two peaches
  • 3/4 of a cup of blueberries (120 grams)

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 8 cups of wort (2 litres)
  • 1/2 of a cup of blueberries (80 grams)
  • 2 cup of orange juice (500 millilitres)
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • Four oranges
  • Four bananas
  • Four limes
  • Four peaches
  • 1 1/2 cup of blueberries (240 grams)

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 12 cups of wort (3 litres)
  • 3/4 of a cup of blueberries (120 grams)
  • 3 cup of orange juice (750 millilitres)
  • The juice of 1 lime
  • Six oranges
  • Six bananas
  • Six limes
  • Six peaches
  • 2 1/4 cup of blueberries (360 grams)

Instructions

  1. In a mixer, beat the must with 1/4 cup of blueberries (40 grams) on low power until the blueberries are well beaten, and the must is red. We pour the mixture into a container, jug or bowl.
  2. Add the orange juice and the lime juice and stir so that it integrates with the previous mixture.
  3. Cut the fruits into small pieces (oranges, bananas, limes and melotocones). We booked.
  4. We put ice in the container in which we are going to leave the Healthy Sangria Alcohol-Free And Sugar-Free to marinate. Add the liquid mixture, the chopped fruit and the blueberries. We stir and let it rest for at least two hours in the fridge.
