By using the frozen banana, the shake is more fantastic and has a more ice cream-like consistency. If it's cold or you prefer it less dense, you can add the bananas at room temperature or add more milk

Ingredients SCALE (1x)

  • 2 cups of rice milk (500 ml)
  • Two bananas (better if frozen)
  • Four dates
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Two tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Ingredients SCALE (2x)

  • 4 cups of rice milk (1000 ml)
  • Four bananas (better if frozen)
  • Eight dates
  • One teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Four tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Ingredients SCALE (3x)

  • 6 cups of rice milk (1500 ml)
  • Six bananas (better if frozen)
  • 12 dates
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Six tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder

Toppings:

  • Soy cream
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in the mixer and beat until you get the desired consistency.
  2. Decorate the smoothie with your favourite toppings. I love it with soy cream, chocolate syrup, and chocolate chips.
