If you liked the detox water that I shared last year, you could not miss this detox shake; it is very detoxifying and is more affluent.

I could eat fruit and vegetable smoothies, and the truth is that I am always experimenting with different ingredients. It is the first time that I use cucumber to make smoothies, and the truth is that it was delicious; it has surprised me a lot.

In addition to purifying the body, this shake is helpful to lose weight and feel better. You can take it whenever you want, although I like to have them for breakfast or a snack, they are very satiating, and they feel great.

Detox Shake
Any fruit and vegetable smoothie is detoxifying, so if you don't like the ingredients in this detox smoothie or can't find them, you can substitute them or take another of the smoothies that I have shared on the blog (there are several recipes). 

You can also use coconut water instead of water; it will be more decadent and even more nutritious.

Detox Shake
Depending on the type of cucumber you use, you can add it peeled or with its skin on, but I recommend that if it is not organic, peel it because pesticides are concentrated on the skin. 

If you can take organic fruit and vegetables, it would be ideal, but if not, don't be afraid to consume vegetables; in fact, animal products have a much higher content of pesticides than plant origin.

If there are no dates in your country, they are costly, or you do not like them, you can substitute them for any other sweetener. You can also take it without anything, but since lemon is acidic and pineapple is not particularly sweet fruit, it may be a bit strong.

  • 1 and 1/2 cups of water (375 ml)
  • 1 cup of pineapple (250 g)
  • One cucumber

  • 2 cup of pineapple (500 g)
  • Two cucumber
  • Two lemon
  • Eight dates (optional)

  • 3 and 1/2 cups of water (1125 ml)
  • 3 cup of pineapple (750 g)
  • Three cucumber
  • Three lemon
  • 12 dates (optional)
