  • 200 g of peeled and raw almonds (1 and 1/3 cup), I use Marcona almonds
  • 200 g of bread (3.5 oz), better if it is from the day before, chopped
  • 1–2 cloves of garlic
  • One teaspoon salt
  • 1 litre of water (4 cups)
  • 100 ml of extra virgin olive oil (1/3 cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • 30 ml of vinegar (2 tablespoons), I use apple cider vinegar

  • 400 g of peeled and raw almonds (2 and 2/3 cup), I use Marcona almonds
